Corporate Brand
Milhaus is a class A, multifamily development, construction, and property management company. I created many different corporate assets such as the quarterly newsletter, brand guide, t-shirts, logos, brochures, flyers, social images, etc. I also worked on designing collateral for our property brands.
Property Brands
During my time as graphic designer at Milhaus, I designed collateral pieces for 12 different brands. For each property I created the following assets: flyers, social images, promotional items, name tags, splash sites, stickers, signage and websites. I collaborated with other designers, developers, and marketers complete the projects. Below are a few examples from my favorite brands.
Canopy
Canopy is a multifamily development located in Punta Gorda, FL, within Babcock Ranch, America’s first solar-powered town. Canopy will feature 373 units consisting of studio, one, two, and three bedrooms. The brand reflects nature and an active approach to life. Many collateral pieces were created for residents and employees to utilize.
Lavina
Lavina is a multifamily and master development located in Noblesville, IN. Lavina will feature 324 units consisting of studio, one, two, and three bedrooms. The brand reflects a small town feel and a sense of community. Many collateral pieces were created for residents and employees to utilize.
